Web/Digital Analyst (all genders)

to shape the future of work!

Tasks:

• Responsibility for all web analytics related topics, for the development of group-wide tracking and analytics standards as well as the harmonization of our setup
• Independently taking on international digital analytics projects and participation in cross-functional projects within the wider data team
• Comprehensive consulting of our internal customers to all aspects of digital analytics and to continuously enable them to use our digital analytics tools for their daily business use cases
• Development, implementation and optimization of our GDPR-compliant tracking setup
• User behavior analysis and website optimization based on relevant KPIs to optimize our customers’ onsite journey or increase conversion
• Support in the implementation and evaluation of A/B tests for conversion optimization
• Generation of insights (e.g., by creating reports) and presentation of your findings and implications to our business stakeholders

Profile:

• You have a degree with an analytical focus (e.g., business administration, statistics, informatics, computer science), paired with several years of professional experience in the field of web/digital analytics
• You come with knowledge of Google Analytics 360 and Google Cloud Platform as well as experience in tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager
• You have a passion for data and using visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI) Coding skills (JS, HTML, CSS, etc.) or knowledge in using Jira/Confluence is an advantage
• You have an agile mindset, a strong customer orientation, outstanding communication and project management skills and you like working independently as well as in the team
• Fluent English and German is a plus
