TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Barcelona as Brand Manager to shape the future of work!

Tasks:

• Define and optimize the brand management guidelines for the brands within the I&P division (including CI, CD, tonality, brand channel mix etc.)
• Monitor brand activities and ensure constant increase of brand value, brand awareness and related KPIs along the brand funnel
• Establish and manage an efficient and effective brand guardianship process, ensuring a consistent implementation of the defined brand guidelines
• Steer brand and lead agencies
• Coordinate brand-related projects
• Active, continuous improvement of internal and external process flows
• Initiate brand image campaigns and related projects or activities and develop concise, creative briefings for the creative or campaign team

Profile:

• Knowledge and experience in brand CI/CD
• Knowledge in brand management and communication strategy
• Experience in managing external agencies and partners
• Very good / fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
