Sustainability Manager

TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Sustainability Manager to shape the future of work!


Tasks:

  • Supports the strategy development and deployment with respect to sustainability throughout the group
  • Act as a business partner to our businesses through guidance and support and drive change by developing and implementing sustainability projects aimed to create business impact
  • Develop, implement and review sustainable organizational policies or practices
  • Own the Supply Chain Act project (jointly with Operations and Legal) and oversees the project management
  • Is an expert in enkelfähig rating and leads the implementation and further-development of this
  • Understands key challenges of divisions and business units
  • Serves as Human Rights Officer


Profile:

  • 3-5 years professional experience in consulting and/or strategy department / sustainability department
