Tasks:

Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the Integration Technologies Team (EDI & ESB). This includes hiring new employees, setting goals, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a positive team culture
Planning and coordination of project goals, schedules and resources for the implementation of projects: planning the integration of new business partners, implementation of new standards and optimization of existing processes
Regular and effective communication between internal departments and external partners and service providers as well as advising the departments on all relevant processes
Responsibility for managing the team's budget and resources. This includes planning and controlling spending to ensure projects and activities stay within budget
Responsible for the regular documentation of the team's progress, performance and results

Profile:

Experience in the disciplinary and professional management of employees with the help of a supportive, motivating and collegial management style
Strong team orientation to lead the team towards a common goal
Clear and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) as it requires collaboration within a team and with internal and external partners
Experience, expertise and solid technical understanding in the areas of EDI / ESB to understand the processes, solve technical problems or support the team in solving them
Evidence of good project management skills to plan, execute and complete projects successfully
Good spoken and written German and English
