Tasks:

•Anfragen annehmen, kategorisieren und priorisieren für den Bereich „Applications“ (ERP, CRM, Archiviing etc.)

(Impact / Urgency)

•Fehlerbild eingrenzen

•Monitoring (IT-Services) prüfen auf Auffälligkeiten

•Problemanalyse durchführen (Logdateien, Dumps, Screenshots etc.)

•Anfrage lösen (bei bekannten Problemen)

•Anfrage an 2nd-Level weiterleiten (bei neuen Problemen)

•Anfragen kommentieren und Lösungen dokumentieren

•Kunden regelmäßig über Status informieren

Profile:

•Gutes IT-Knowhow

•Gutes Verständnis der Business Applications (wie z.B. ERP-Systeme [TOP, Dynamics, Archivierung, Disposition etc.)

•Gutes Verständnis der Interfaces zwischen Applikationen (z.B. ERP-to-EDI, ERP-to-Archive etc.)

•Gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen (z.B. Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Order etc.)

•Kenntnisse von Problemlösungsmethoden (z.B. RCCM, 8D, A3 etc.)

•Neugierde / Offenheit für Probleme

•Gutes KnowHow in ITIL (Incident-/Request-/Problem-/Changemgmt.)

•Gutes KnowHow in ITSM-Tool (ServiceNow)

•Stressresistenz und Belastbarkeit

•Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (de / en)

•Bereitschaft zur permanenten Weiterbildung
