IT Service Desk Engineer (all genders)

As an IT Service Desk Specialist at TAKKT AG, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective IT service delivery to our organisation. You’ll be responsible for handling requests, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in IT services, problem-solving, and communication will contribute to the smooth operation of our workplace technology.
Responsibilities
- 2nd Level Support in a Microsoft 365 environment
- IT OnSite and remote support for Warehouse and Offices including Mobile Device Management
- Support mobile warehouse equipment (Android Scanners, Label Printers)
- Hand over IT Devices (Windows Autopilot/iOS Intune)
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience in 2nd Level IT Support
- Know How in handling mobile devices (Handheld devices, e.g. Android Warehouse Scanners, iPhones, iPads)
- Good communication skills towards internal customers
- Experience in IT ticket system according to ITIL Incident-/Request-/Problem management
- Experienced in IT support for warehouse environments.
- Experienced in M365 environments
- Curiosity / openness for problems
Additional Expectations:
- Escalate tickets when necessary and propose solutions for automation and process improvements.
- Keep documentation of tickets up to date and provide feedback towards the internal customer
- Identify pain points from a service perspective and advocate for optimization.
- Collaborate with other IT departments for integration.
- Facilitate knowledge exchange between 1st and 2nd level support teams.
- Collaborate effectively across all groups/departments within the organization.
- Leverage automation practices supported by ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Maintain up-to-date support documentation for each IT service.
