TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Poland as Financial Controller to shape the future of work!

Tasks:

• Comprehensive responsibility for the company's accounts according to local GAAP as well as IFRS
• Daily business as bank statement bookings, doing credit checks and cash management
• Payment runs
• Receivables management incl. dunning
• Preparation of VAT declarations, VAT returns, summary statements, control statements, excise duties, vehicle taxes, withholding taxes, etc.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings according to local GAAP and IFRS (the company is not being audited) as well as its analysis
• Forecasting and budget process responsibility together with the Managing director
• Payroll responsibility in exchange with our external payroll provider
• Responsible for all statistical declarations as e.g. Intrastat
• Supports digitalization and automization of processes for the whole region
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders as Group Accounting, Controlling, banks and tax advisors

Profile:

• Completed business degree with a focus on accounting / controlling
• At least 5 years experience in a wide range of tasks within Accounting or Controlling
• In-depth knowledge of the local GAAP in Poland
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Familiar with Accounting software as SAP, AX and Oxaion of advantage
• Experience of working in a corporate environment of advantage
• Strong analytical skills and well-developed critical attitude
• Excellent communication skills and cooperative attitude
• Summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision-making
• Solution-oriented attitude and focus on process improvements
• Fluent English language skills
